By placing an order with BioRyzen, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully received and verified.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or due to stock issues.

Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious billing/shipping information may be delayed or canceled at our discretion.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance and destination)
These are estimates only. BioRyzen is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking links are provided when available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking status.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, you must contact the carrier directly.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use reputable third-party carriers such as [DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Local Postal Services]. BioRyzen does not guarantee carrier performance or delivery timelines once a package has left our facility.
5. Address Accuracy
You are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded.

If re-shipping is requested, the customer must pay all associated shipping fees.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
BioRyzen is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after handoff to the shipping carrier. Once tracking indicates the package has been delivered, we consider the order fulfilled and completed.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (For International Orders)
All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s customs agency.

These charges are not included in our pricing and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to delivery failure or customer error:

The order will be marked as non-refundable, unless pre-approved by our team.

Any re-shipping requests will be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.
9. Shipping Policy Violations & Fraud Protection
BioRyzen reserves the right to cancel, hold, or investigate any order that raises fraud concerns or shipping abuse (e.g. repeated claims of non-delivery).
Orders flagged for review may be delayed until verification is complete.
