Thank you for shopping at BioRyzen . We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video must be provided as proof (must show the package being opened for the first time, and clearly capture any damage or issues)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Consumable items (e.g. snacks, drinks, cleaning products, etc.)

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@BioRyzen.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • The required unboxing video as described above

Once approved, we will send instructions for returning the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. To request an exchange, please email us at support@bioryzen.com with your order number, issue description, and your unboxing video.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the issue

  • The required unboxing video

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
